This is a full-service resort. Your check-in procedures will model that of a hotel and your room number will be assigned during check in. YOU PERFECT HOME AWAY FROM HOME~ Blue Ridge Village in Banner Elk is the perfect place to relax, breathe in fresh mountain air and reconnect with nature. A place to rest is difficult to find, so why not spend your time at Blue Ridge Village's Two- Bedroom loft. This 1,300 square feet unit features 1 King Bed in the master bedroom, 2 Twin bed(s) in the second bedroom, 1 Queen Sofa bed and 1 Twin bed sofa bed including a full kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and laundry. Maximum of 7 occupants. Additional amenities include: blender, cable television, coffee maker, Dishwasher, fireplace, hairdryer, Ice Maker, iron/ironing board, microwave, oven, refrigerator, Stove/Range, washer/dryer, and a Whirlpool Bath. Resort Amenities include: Basketball, BBQ Grills, Business Center/Fax, Clubhouse, Fishing, Fitness Room, Internet Access, Mini-Golf, On-Site Security, Paddle Boats, Tennis and Vacation Planning. Area Attractions: Blowing Rock Flattop Mountain Grandfather Mountain Hawksnest Resort Land of Oz Amusement Park Linville Falls Sugar Mountain Resort NOTE: This resort is set in a rustic location, and due to the nature of the terrain, there are many stairs and steps on property. This includes entry into vacation units as well as on paths around the property. Furthermore, this resort does not have an elevator. The person checking in must be 21 years of age (or older). With this notion, please prepare a VALID ID and credit card in your name. A $100 Pre-Authorization from any major credit card upon checking in is required. After purchase you will receive an email confirmation showing your name on the reservation as the guest checking in within 14 days of check in date. Please bring a valid form of Picture ID. However, if you would like to change the name of the person checking in after you have provided this information, there will be a $99.00 name change fee. Any damages will be charged upon check-out. The check- in time is 4 p.m. and check-out time is 10 a.m. On another note, late check-in procedures are available at the security gate after 8 p.m. The nearest airport to Blue Ridge Village is Asheville Airport (AVL) which is 75 miles by car respectively. Hence, if you have any concerns, our office hours are open 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily to respond to your requests. For here at Blue Ridge Village, we ensure that your stay is comfortable and well-served to your satisfaction. *** Parking Policy *** Auxiliary parking available for guests, no charge, one vehicle per villa. *** Pet Policy *** No pets allowed. Subject to $300 fine. *** WIFI Fees *** Complimentary on each unit. *** Smoking Policy *** No smoking inside, including electronic cigarettes. Subject to $300 fine, unless if it's in a designated area. *** Construction *** There will be some outdoor construction going on at the entrance of property and between the 25 and 30 buildings. Please expect some construction traffic.

Situated in the Blue Ridge Mountains of western North Carolina, Blue Ridge Village in Banner Elk is the perfect place to unwind, breathe in fresh mountain air and reconnect with nature. Roomy accommodations include 1- and 2-bedroom suites and spacious 2-bedroom lofts.

Resort suites feature all the comforts of home, including fully-equipped kitchens, spacious living and dining areas, full baths and plenty of room to relax. Select units even have even inviting fireplaces. Step out onto the balcony or porch and take in sweeping views of lush forested mountainsides, then cozy up with the kids on a comfortable couch and catch a movie on a large, flat-screen TV.

There are plenty of of activities for everyone to enjoy at the resort. Treat the kids to a day at the playground, or let them make a splash in the children’s pool. Enjoy a family-fun round of mini golf at the resort’s own course, or choose sides for a doubles tennis match. Afterwards, enjoy a relaxing swim in the heated indoor resort pool. After a day of play, use one of the resort’s BBQ grills to sizzle up a delicious meal.

This resort is a great place to base yourself from as you explore a range of year-round outdoor activities. Spring, summer and fall are ideal for an exploration of nearby Pisgah National Forest. Pick a path and hike or ride horseback along a shaded forest canopy, or rent a kayak or raft and navigate a clear mountain stream or lake. Warmer months are also ideal for antiquing, festivals and gallery tours in Banner Elk.

Plan a fall visit and marvel at the brilliant autumn foliage on a comfortable car ride along the scenic Blue Ridge Parkway. When winter snows arrive, hit the slopes at Sugar Mountain, Beech Mountain or Hawksnest ski areas to enjoy great skiing and snow tubing.
