Property Description

This is a full-service resort. Your check-in procedures will model that of a hotel and your room number will be assigned during check in. Make yourself comfortable in adobe-style lodgings on the western edge of Arizona. Sunny skies, starlit nights, and towering saguaros beckon as you gather the family to spot bighorn sheep, watch a mock shootout, or hit the trails on horseback. This spacious one-bedroom suite measures approximately 530 square feet. You will enjoy one king bed in the master bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Additional amenities include a full kitchen and dining area. Maximum occupancy is four. Private sleeping area sleeps two. The person checking in must be 21 years of age (or older). With this notion, please prepare a VALID ID and credit card in your name. A $250 Pre-Authorization from any major credit card upon checking in is required. After purchase you will receive an email confirmation showing your name on the reservation as the guest checking in within 14 days of check in date. However, if you would like to change the name of the person checking in after you have provided this information, there will be a $99.00 name change fee. Any damages will be charge upon check-out. The check- in time is 4 p.m. at the main building on-site, and check out time is 10 a.m. The nearest airport to WorldMark Havasu Dunes is Harry Reid International Airport which is 121.6 miles by car respectively. Hence, if you have any concerns, our office hours are always open 24 hours to respond to your requests. For here at WorldMark Havasu Dunes, we ensure that your stay is comfortable and well-served to your satisfaction. *** Parking Policy *** Parking available for one spot per Reservation booked. *** Pet Policy *** No pets allowed. Service animals that are trained to work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability are welcome at all Wyndham Destinations Managed locations. All other animals, trained or untrained, whose sole function is to provide emotional support, therapy, comfort, or companionship do not qualify as service animals and are not permitted at Wyndham Destinations Managed locations. *** Smoking Policy *** No smoking inside including electronic cigarettes, unless if it's in a designated area. *** Housekeeping Policy *** Daily housekeeping is not included and may be added for an additional fee. *** Other Notes *** Air conditioning No elevators Limited ground floor requests are accepted based on physical or medical needs. Please call the Vacation Planning Center for details. The front desk hours at this resort have been updated to 7 a.m.–10 p.m. If you plan to arrive at the resort outside of normal front desk hours, please call the resort to make alternative check-in arrangements prior to arrival. Parking is limited. Gated boat and RV parking is available off-site. Pool and hot tub hours are 7 a.m.-10 p.m. Outdoor pools are heated and open year-round. Children who are not fully potty trained must wear swim diapers. There are no lifeguards on duty. Please refer to posted pool signage for more information.
