Property Description

This is a full-service resort. Your check-in procedures will model that of a hotel and your room number will be assigned during check in. Three National Forests – perfect for hiking, biking or horseback riding, and fly fishing are right at your doorstep. When the temperatures drop, Granby transforms into a haven for winter activities. Guests can ski, ice fish, go dog sledding, or snowshoe and then visit Hot Sulphur Springs to steam any aches away. This spacious four bedroom presidential casita suite measures approximately 2361 square feet. Amenities include king bed in master, king bed in the second bedroom, two double beds in third bedroom, two double beds in the fourth bedroom, full kitchen, three baths, washer/dryer, patio/balcony, barbecue grill, cable TV, DVD player, stereo with CD player, telephone, iron/ironing board, air conditioning, hair dryer, internet access (fee). Stairs required for all except Special Needs units. Maximum occupancy 12. The person checking in must be 21 years of age (or older). With this notion, please prepare a VALID ID and credit card in your name. A $250 Pre-Authorization from any major credit card upon checking in is required. After purchase you will receive an email confirmation showing your name on the reservation as the guest checking in within 14 days of check in date. However, if you would like to change the name of the person checking in after you have provided this information, there will be a $99.00 name change fee. Any damages will be charge upon check-out. The check- in time is 4 p.m. at the main building on-site, and check out time is 10 a.m. The nearest airport to WorldMark Rocky Mountain Preserve is Eagle County Airport which is 59.7 miles by car respectively. Hence, if you have any concerns, our office hours are always open 24 hours to respond to your requests. For here at WorldMark Rocky Mountain Preserve, we ensure that your stay is comfortable and well-served to your satisfaction. *** Parking Policy *** Parking is limited, and the resort is not able to accommodate the storage of boats, RVs, and trailers. Each casita is allocated two parking spaces; additional vehicles may park in the main lodge parking area. *** Pet Policy *** No pets allowed. Service animals that are trained to work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability are welcome at all Wyndham Destinations Managed locations. All other animals, trained or untrained, whose sole function is to provide emotional support, therapy, comfort, or companionship do not qualify as service animals and are not permitted at Wyndham Destinations Managed locations. *** Smoking Policy *** No smoking inside including electronic cigarettes, unless if it's in a designated area. *** Housekeeping Policy *** Daily housekeeping is not included and may be added for an additional fee. *** Other Notes *** Air conditioning Elevators The resort is at a high elevation of 7935 ft. The resort's front desk will now be open from 6 a.m.–11 p.m. Due to routine cleaning of the hot tubs in the presidential suites, owners may experience a delay in hot water on the day of check-in. Pool and hot tub hours are 8 a.m.-10 p.m. Outdoor pool is seasonal, open mid-May through September, weather permitting. The hot tub is open year-round. Children who are not fully potty trained must wear swim diapers. There are no lifeguards on duty. Please refer to posted pool signage for information.
