This spacious three-bedroom measures approximately 1,314 - 1,487 square feet. You will enjoy a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom, two twins in the second bedroom and one queen Murphy bed in the living room. Additional amenities include a full kitchen and dining table, gas fireplace, washer/dryer, and a private deck. Accessible suite features are audible fire alarm, grab bars around the toilet and in the roll-in shower. Maximum occupancy is eight. Private sleeping area sleeps six. The person checking in must be 21 years of age (or older). With this notion, please prepare a VALID ID and credit card in your name. A $250 Pre-Authorization from any major credit card upon checking in is required. After purchase you will receive an email confirmation showing your name on the reservation as the guest checking in within 14 days of check in date. However, if you would like to change the name of the person checking in after you have provided this information, there will be a $99.00 name change fee. Any damages will be charge upon check-out. Air conditioning Elevators 24-hour front desk The surrounding area is seasonal and some of the local stores are closed October-April annually. Due to routine cleaning of the hot tubs in penthouse suites, owners may experience a delay in hot water on the day of check in. Pool and hot tub hours are 8 a.m.-10 p.m. Outdoor pools are seasonal, closed November-April annually. Hot tub is open year-round. Children who are not fully potty trained must wear swim diapers.
